Your club on 4Court in an afternoon: the setup guide

4Court’s setup is designed not to ask what other systems ask: no migration, no week-long training, no changing how your club works. This is the full route.

Create the account, name your club, and the panel is in front of you. A brand-new club — courts in, members in, first match built — is operational in under ten minutes. No mandatory sales call, no waiting on anyone.

2. Courts and schedules

Add your courts and the hours the club works. If a court closes for maintenance, mark it and it stops being offered — the board always reflects reality.

3. Your members, from the spreadsheet you already have

Nobody gets typed in by hand. Upload your spreadsheet or CSV and 4Court helps you map the columns — name, phone, level, court side — with a row-by-row review before confirming: you see exactly what will come in and fix anything off.

On Matchpoint? The connector reads it directly (read-only: it never writes to your CRM) and keeps data fresh. Discrepancies get flagged for you to review — they are never auto-corrected.

4. The tone of your messages

Everything the club sends is born from your templates, with tone variants — warm, formal — tuned with us during setup. House rule: 100% of what goes out comes from a template of yours. Not a word made up.

5. The working mode: start by reviewing everything

4Court starts in manual mode: every message sits written, waiting, and nothing leaves until you hit send. As trust builds, you can pre-authorise the routine — invitations to complete a match — and keep reviewing the delicate stuff. Autonomy is configured per kind of message, not all at once.

6. The first match

With members in, the board already flags matches to complete. Pick one, look at the players who fit — each with its reason — and the messages sit ready to send. The first “count me in” usually lands before your first coffee does.
