A scoring system for every match.
AI4Padel's scoring system rates every player in the club for the specific gap in a match: criteria that fit add points and what the club already knows takes them off. The list is ordered by that score, and each player's breakdown is one click away.
- Level is the heaviest criterion. The further from the level of the match, the more it subtracts.
- 29 criteria, each with its own points: declared and actual time slot, court side, usual partners, pair balance and response to invitations.
- Negatives do not exclude: a player who turned the match down or already plays that day appears at the bottom, with the reason.
The criteria and their weights come from years of building matches by hand at a real club and seeing which ones brought players back.

AI4Padel comes with a matchmaking system that lets you poll your members on when they can play and proposes the best matches by crossing their hours and levels.

Which hours never fill, and who hasn't come in a month.
The panel tells you what is going on at the club from the last few weeks of matches: which slots stay weak, how many were completed and who to write to. These are not estimates: they are your club's matches.

Two sending methods
Today AI4Padel tells you who to invite and drafts the messages for you to send yourself, from the club's WhatsApp, in a couple of clicks. Coming soon, with the Completo plan, you'll be able to connect the WhatsApp (Meta) API so it sends and reads the replies on its own.
You press «Enviar por WhatsApp», your WhatsApp opens with the text in place and you hit send. When they reply, you note the answer with one tap (Sí or No puede) and the match updates. Nothing to register and no cost per message.
You'll connect the club's WhatsApp account once. From then on AI4Padel will send, read the replies, note who said yes and close the match without you stepping in. Billing will run through Meta, which sets the price of each message, and inside AI4Padel you'll configure sending limits and quotas to keep the spend under control.
We charge no messages and add no margin: today, sending from your WhatsApp, you pay nobody anything; with the API, once it arrives, you'll pay Meta what it invoices, with no middleman.

What exactly is AI4Padel?
An assistant for your club's WhatsApp. Tell it «two short for Thursday at eight» and it tells you who to invite and why each one fits (level, time slot, how long since they last came), writes the messages in your club's voice, and you send them from your WhatsApp in one click. As you note down what they answer, it keeps track: who said yes, who is missing, which matches are short. That is the Esencial plan, and it works this very afternoon. If you want it to be the club's whole system, with bookings and payments, that is the Completo plan.
Will it message my players without me knowing?
No. You decide what goes out, and today you send it: every message leaves from your WhatsApp when you press the button, and AI4Padel does not read your conversations. Coming soon, with the Completo plan, you will be able to authorise one specific kind of message in advance so it goes out on its own, and only that one.
Doesn't Playtomic already do this with open matches?
An open match brings you a stranger of roughly the right level, and the platform keeps the relationship with that player. With AI4Padel you write to your own players from your club's number, and only to the ones who fit on level, court side and history. The spot goes to someone who already pays at your place.
Do I have to change my booking software?
No. The Esencial plan lives beside whatever you use: it never touches your calendar, it reads your courts read-only and keeps track of the matches without you moving anything. Only if one day you want AI4Padel to be your booking and payments system, that is Completo. You can stay where you are for as long as you like.
Does the player have to install anything?
Nothing. They get a WhatsApp from the club's number and reply; that's the end of their part. And if they don't want to hear from you, you mark them inactive on their profile and they drop out of the lists.
Who pays for the WhatsApps?
Today, nobody. Messages leave from your usual WhatsApp, one tap per player: no paperwork with Meta and no cost per message. We charge for none of them either, and set no cap, on any plan. Once automatic sending arrives, the club will connect its own account and pay Meta for what it uses, directly and with no middleman.
Any lock-in or hidden commissions?
Neither. Month to month, with no setup or onboarding fee (annual is optional: 2 months free), and we never take a commission per booking or per match, on any plan. Your players pay nothing either: no app, no account, no fees.
What is the difference between Esencial and Completo?
How strict the system is. On Esencial the assistant works and keeps track in a living worksheet (who accepted, who is missing, which matches are short) beside the software you already use. On Completo AI4Padel is the club’s system: its own bookings, commission-free payments, dues and invoicing. The AI is the same on both.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, and with nothing to migrate: it is the same system, and your players, your WhatsApp and your history already live inside. You pay only the difference. Completo activates in reservation order: reserving locks your price and nothing is charged until activation.
