Pricing, explained
Why we charge per club, not per booking.
If we took a percentage, the better you did, the more you would pay. We prefer a flat price that pays for itself with one saved match a week.
- What sets the price?
- How strict you want the system: the assistant keeping track and watching your courts beside what you already use (Esencial), or AI4Padel being the club’s whole system, bookings and payments included (Completo). No charge per booking, per match, or to your players.
- Any hidden commissions?
- No. Not per booking, not per match, on any plan, and no signup fee either. Your players pay nothing: no app, no account, no fees.
- Any lock-in?
- No: it is month to month and there is no setup or onboarding fee to pay. Annual is optional, with 2 months free (pay 10, use 12).
- What if it does not work at my club?
- You get a free 7-day trial, so you check before paying anything. And after that it is month to month: if it is no use to you, you leave.
- Are messages billed separately?
- We charge for none of them, on any plan and with no cap. Today they leave from your WhatsApp, sent by you, so you pay nobody anything. Once automatic sending over the Meta API arrives, the club will pay Meta for what it uses, directly and with no middleman.
