Do I have to leave Matchpoint to use AI4Padel?
No. The Esencial plan connects to Matchpoint read-only: it never touches a booking and you migrate nothing. Replacing it will be an option (the Completo plan, open for reservation), never a requirement.
What happens to the levels and data I already have?
They are read as they are. Every level arrives with its origin marked on the profile — set by the club, from Matchpoint, or from your file — so you know how much to trust each figure.
And if I move to Completo?
No migration: your players, their cards and your match history already live inside. Completo will add own bookings, commission-free payments, wallet, packs, memberships and certified invoicing (Verifactu). It will activate in reservation order, with your price locked when you reserve.
